What do I need to bring for a notarization?

A: You must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID) and the document you need notarized. Note: Do not sign the document until you are in the presence of the Notary.

Can you help me draft a legal document?

A: As Notaries and Typists, we are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or draft legal language. However, if you provide the content, our Document Typist service can professionally format and type the document for you.

What is the turnaround time for typing services?

A: Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the length of the document. We do offer "Rush" 24-hour services for an additional fee.

How long does it take to get my tax refund?

A: Most e-filed refunds are issued within 21 days. However, if you are claiming certain credits (like EITC or ACTC), the IRS may hold your refund until mid-February.

How secure is my private data?

We operate under a "Strict Privacy First" policy. We use bank-grade encryption for tax files and adhere to federal Chain of Custody protocols for all lab samples. Unlike "at-home" kits, your data stays within a secure, professional pipeline—never sold, never shared.

Is this actually legal/court-admissible?

Accuracy is our brand. Our DNA collections are AABB-compliant for legal use, and our tax filings are handled by IRS-authorized e-file providers. We provide the official stamps, certificates, and seals that make your documents "bulletproof" in legal and financial settings.

Will this be painful or invasive? (For Lab/Fingerprinting)

People often associate DNA testing with needles or fingerprinting with uncomfortable ink pads. We use non-invasive buccal swab DNA collection and state-of-the-art live scan digital fingerprinting for a quick, clean, and painless process.
